What we store

When you write to us through the form, we store what you fill in: name, company, email or phone and your message. This site uses no cookies and no analytics. If you choose the light theme, your browser remembers only that choice so the site does not switch back. It is not sent to us, and it is deleted when you switch back to dark.

Why

We use the information to reply and to arrange a demo or a quote. The legal basis is your own enquiry and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it

The site and the form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes the information on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Netlify is a US company, and the transfer takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your enquiry is forwarded to our email.

How long

We delete the enquiry when it has been handled, and no later than 12 months after, unless it leads to a contract.

Your rights

You can request access to the information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to info@seafix.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).

Coas as a product

When a business uses Coas, we process its data as a data processor under a separate data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28), entered into together with the contract.
